UAEM students have bad eating habits
Unit 1
-When the day begins, many of the students do not eat breakfast, as they wake up late or simply do not like to eat breakfast.
-Some students often consider breakfast as smoking a cigarette or drinking a soda.
- Students often eat a lot of junk food, drink more soda than water, and don't eat any vegetables and fruits.
-Students regularly drink a lot of alcohol without measuring the consequences.
- We regularly leave long periods of time without consuming any food or drinking water.
-We eat a lot of food with a lot of cholesterol and we also drink a lot of juices or sodas with a lot of sugar, for example: hamburgers, pizza, coca-cola, tacos, etc.
In my opinion, I thing that we should all improve our eating habits, consuming healthier foods such as salads, fruits and vegetables, drinking a lot of water, and consuming few junk products and also doing a little exercise, with this we will have a healthy diet and we will have a better health.
Tips
1. drink more water than juice or soda.
2. have a healthy diet.
3. exercise.
4. practice some sport.
5. carry out activities that prevent you from smoking or drinking alcohol
6. visit a nutritionist for recommendations
7. try to change your bad habits, make a reflection of you can change and improve equally
.
Reflection: We have to improve our eating habits if we want to be healthy and strong.
